Classroom and Webcam Training
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment is required at the time of registration. A $250 rescheduling fee will apply for any changes required after a class date has been confirmed. This includes, but is not limited to, rescheduling due to technical issues, non-completion of the course pre-requisites, and not having the required supplies available for class. Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the confirmed class date will be assessed a $250 cancellation fee, with the balance issued as an APS credit for future purchases. No credit will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled class. No refunds.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: APS will issue a credit for online training only when the online training password has not been registered to a student. Once a password has been registered, the course is considered active and a credit will not be provided. No refunds.
EXPIRATION POLICY: Online training passwords expire 30 days from the date of initial registration OR when the course is completed, whichever occurs first. Access is denied after this expiration period.
Products and Supplies
RETURN/REFUND POLICY: APS will issue a credit for any unused supplies returned in their original condition within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. All instant drug test cups and alcohol testing equipment (including, but not limited to, evidential breath testing devices, printers, calibration devices, calibration gas, and alcohol screening devices) are FINAL SALE and may not be returned unless there is a defect. No refunds.
